Returns
We currently do not offer returns for non-damaged goods. Please ensure that you select the right size and color for your order. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us at returns@greenwoodave.com with details of your order to arrange a return.
Please note, this only applies if the order is incorrect or if items have been damaged in transit. Return/refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. We endeavor to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are only approved for items that were defective or damaged upon receipt. These items will be replaced by items of equal value or refunded pending inventory availability.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Please note that refund processing takes 2-10 business days. In the event that a refund was not received in this allotted time; it is recommended that you first review your bank account then contact your bank, as there may be a period of time required for the formal posting of refund transactions. If you have completed these actions and your refund remains outstanding, kindly contact our customer support team at: support@greenwoodave.com
Sale and Promo Items (If Applicable)
The refund policy only applies to regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Promo code purchases may be returned, but only for the discounted price indicated on the receipt.
